We are seeking 2 social and health care assistants to work day shifts primarily in the dementia department.

The positions are 37 hours per week or as agreed and include shifts every other weekend.

We expect that you

• are educated as a social and health care assistant
• Work independently and take responsibility
• Thrive in a daily life characterized by changes and complex tasks
• Have good collaboration skills and a positive attitude
• Want to actively contribute to a development process
• are proficient with IT and documentation
• are proficient in Danish in both written and spoken form
• It is an advantage if you have experience working with people with dementia

About Margrethelund Nursing Home

Margrethelund Nursing Home is the municipality's largest nursing home and is currently undergoing an exciting renovation. The construction is expected to be completed in 2027 and will then house 92 residents - distributed across several departments with dementia beds and regular beds.

We place emphasis on high professionalism, support for independence and well-being – for both residents and staff. Here everyone should feel at home and like a natural part of the house.

Your upcoming colleagues

You will become part of a strong, multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social and health care assistants, social and health helpers, pedagogues, house assistants and students. We work closely together to create safety, presence and quality of life for our residents.
