Do you want to lead a specialized team and develop Jyske Bank's position among agricultural customers in Jutland?

As Market Director for Agriculture West you will be responsible for the department's growth, staff and market efforts. You will have a visible role as Jyske Bank's outward face in the agricultural sector and have the opportunity to shape the bank's efforts within one of our specialist areas.

About the role

Agriculture West consists of 15 employees based at our offices in Vejle and Viborg. Together we advise agricultural customers across all of Jutland.

You set the direction for the department and create the framework for employees to achieve professional and commercial results. You monitor market developments, build relationships in the industry and convert opportunities into value for customers and the bank.

Your main tasks are to

• create growth through solid customer relationships and a targeted market effort
• be responsible for and develop the employees across the two locations
• ensure high quality in advice and credit processing
• be a sparring partner in complex customer cases
• represent Jyske Bank in relevant networks

We offer agricultural customers a comprehensive financing package, and in collaboration with Private Banking ensure the right investments in their personal finances. This enables the department to advise with a view to the entire customer’s business.

Your profile

You have experience with leadership and can document that you achieve results through others. You work with clear goals, follow up and involve the employees in the department's development.

You also have

• broad banking expertise and good credit understanding
• in-depth knowledge of the agricultural sector
• experience with advising agricultural customers in a bank
• the ability to create and develop professional relationships
• a sense for both momentum and quality

Your professionalism enables you to spar with the employees and our largest agricultural customers – also on strategy and leadership.

Department and team

You are part of a team of about 15 colleagues based at either Vejle or Viborg. Your task will be to unite the team around a common direction and foster close collaboration across locations.

Jyske Bank

Agriculture is one of our specializations in Jyske Bank Corporate. We aim to be an active financial partner for customers in the changes that the agricultural sector faces. Together with the Market Director for Agriculture East, you will have a strong influence on the direction of our position in the market.

Location

You will be attached to both our offices in Vejle and Viborg. Since employees work from both locations and customers are spread across all of Jutland, the job involves regular travel.
