We are looking for a bricklayer for tiling, new builds and service in Haslev.

You will land on a bricklaying team where tasks range from traditional bricklaying to new builds, extensions and bathrooms. The customers are both private and commercial, so you need to be able to talk properly with people and deliver something that lasts. The positions are located in Haslev and the surrounding area, and daily work can alternate between solo tasks, partner work and a crew. Agreements must hold, and customers must know what they get and when.

The role suits you if you can take responsibility without being hand-held all day. You get a company car and freedom with responsibility, but you are not alone when a task requires sparring. The atmosphere must be good, and the work must still be done properly.

Everyday work: Tiling, new builds, service and dampers

Your everyday Some days are planned for new-build tasks, others for tiling or smaller service tasks that must be solved properly the first time. You decide the sequence based on the task and take responsibility that the next trade can come in. When something doesn’t add up, you speak up instead of letting it grow.

You will among other things be working with

• Installing tiles in private homes and commercial buildings
• Working on new builds with classic bricklaying
• Solving damper and service tasks
• Renovating bathrooms and masonry
• Working with extensions and traditional bricklaying

If a service task turns out to be larger than agreed, you report it immediately. That way, agreements are better kept and the customer knows what is happening.

We are looking for someone who can check most boxes You don’t have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a bricklayer
• Have a driving license
• Can work both alone, with a partner, and in a crew
• Show up reliably and keep agreements
• Talk properly with customers

It’s an advantage if you have experience with tiling, new builds, service or bathrooms. But the most important is that you take responsibility and deliver the work properly.
