We need a bricklayer for tiling and private homes in Odense.

You will become part of a setup where the tasks are primarily in private homes. There is tiling work, bathrooms, facades and classic bricklaying on the program, so you will have a daily life with visible craftsmanship. The work is autonomous, and you get room to plan your day properly.

This is for you if you can take responsibility without someone looking over your shoulder all the time. You get a company car and freedom with responsibility, but the agreements with customers still need to hold. Your daily life Each task starts with a review of what needs to be done and what the customer has agreed. You plan the sequence so the work can be delivered properly, and so the next steps are not pushed unnecessarily. When something changes along the way, you notify in time so the agreement can be kept.

You will among other things be working with

• Lay tiles in bathrooms, kitchens and entrances
• Help with bathroom renovation from start to finish
• Renovate and repair masonry
• Work with plastering and smoothing
• Carry out facade renovation and maintenance

It is work where small tolerances matter. You must be able to see when a grout joint, a edge or a finish is not right, and you must have the desire to correct it before the customer points it out.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You do not have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Have experience as a bricklayer
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your appointments
• Show up reliably and say if something doesn’t add up
• Speak properly with customers
