We are looking for a bricklayer for tiling, service and renovation in Brande.

You will join a small bricklaying team where the tasks span a wide range. The work is with private individuals, companies and institutions, so you get both nice renovations, smaller repairs and tasks where dialogue with the customer must be in place. The positions are located in Brande and the surrounding area, and the day-to-day will shift between solo tasks, pair work and a crew.

The good thing about the role is that you get freedom under responsibility without having to handle it all alone. You have a company car, proper frameworks and a daily life where you can use several aspects of the bricklaying trade. It suits you who want variety rather than short-term assignments.

Everyday: Tiling, renovation and service

Your everyday The day can vary between a planned renovation, tiling work and a small service visit. You agree the order with those you work with, and on the independent tasks you take responsibility to report back if something changes.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Laying tiles in connection with renovation and minor refurbishment
• Handling renovation tasks in homes and commercial properties
• Taking on damp and service tasks, where the customer must have a proper solution
• Carrying out repairs of masonry and smaller bricklaying tasks
• Working with bathrooms and other tasks where the finish must be spot on

When a task grows during the work, you tell in time, so both customer and colleagues know what is happening. Freedom under responsibility only works when the agreements are kept, and that is the type of everyday life you enter here.

We are looking for someone who can check most boxes You don’t have to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver’s license
• Have experience as a bricklayer and can take on tasks on your own
• Can switch between tiling, renovation and service tasks
• Show up reliably and keep the commitments you make
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have tried a bit of everything within the bricklaying trade. But the most important is that you enjoy a varied everyday life and deliver something you can stand by.
