You switch between independent tasks, buddy work and team work, depending on what the job requires.

Everyday: New builds, renovations, tiling and service

Your daily life

The day starts by getting the order of the planned tasks under control. You tackle the masonry work, coordinate when other trades need to move forward, and speak up if something doesn't add up. In service and dampers it’s often about neatly solving small tasks and closing them out properly.

You will, among other things, work with

• Tile and klinker laying
• New builds with general masonry work
• Renovation and repair of masonry
• Damper and service tasks with customers
• Plastering and smoothing

The freedom is large, but that also means you take responsibility for agreements, quality and progress. When a task grows, you report it in time so the customer knows what is happening.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes

You don't have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a mason
• Have a driving license
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your commitments
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Speak properly with customers and colleagues

Experience with tiling, renovation, new builds or service is an advantage. But the most important is that you can take initiative and say when something is not right.
