At Grønnevang School we work with two subject professionals in the classrooms for as many hours as possible. We call our organization “Back to the Core.” For us, it is about ensuring that the time available at the school is used together with the students. Our top priority is the work with – and collaboration on – the students’ learning and well-being, and that we have conditions that allow us to succeed in our task. We now have almost a couple of years of experience with our “Back to the Core,” and we continuously work on developing it.

Grønnevang School consists of three departments and is divided into primary education 0–5 and lower secondary 6–9. This supports our ability to create a specialized children and youth environment. We have two special class rows and LST courses for the entire Hillerød Municipality, so we are a school with many varied tasks and many opportunities. Although on paper we are a large organization, we are organized in manageable and safe units and departments. Everyone is, at the same time, part of a close-knit environment and a diverse organization.
