Børnehuset Carlsro re-advertises the position of maternity-leave substitute for the kindergarten.

At Børnehuset Carlsro, we are seeking a maternity-leave substitute in a teaching role who, with high professionality and a strong focus on relationships, can contribute to developing our pedagogical practice.

• works closely with children in vulnerable positions with a focus on participation opportunities in communities

• flexibly integrates into the whole house and supports initiatives where the need is greatest

About Børnehuset Carlsro

Børnehuset Carlsro is a relatively newly merged day care offering, located centrally in Rødovre. The kindergarten is housed in two interesting older buildings and the nursery department is housed in newly established premises right next to the kindergarten.

We have 96 kindergarten children distributed across 5 rooms and 36 nursery children distributed across 3 rooms.

We have a newly established playground in the nursery and a large spacious playground with a fire pit in the kindergarten.

• a targeted focus on language-stimulating pedagogy throughout the day
• Hanen-certified practice

Additionally, we are affiliated with Magnolia – a language offer for children who are not enrolled in a day care, where we work purposefully to strengthen children's linguistic development and support their transition into day care in close cooperation with the families.

When you start with us, you will receive a structured introductory program and close sparring with management, so you start safely and well.

Your foundation is pedagogy

You are a trained pedagogue and have solid knowledge of the day care sector.

In addition, we emphasize that you

• have strong pedagogical expertise and can translate knowledge into practice close to the children
• have experience with – or an interest in – working with children in vulnerable positions
• work systematically and reflectively with pedagogical practice
• have an eye for participation opportunities and inclusive communities
• are focused on building trusting relationships with both children and parents
• can collaborate broadly and flexibly across the house
• are clear, robust and stable in your practice
• work in an appreciative manner with a view to the child's perspective
• have experience with documentation of the pedagogical work

We are seeking a maternity-leave substitute in a pedagogical position for 35-37 hours per week.

Salary and employment terms
