Maternity leave cover for dentist in Thisted Municipal Dental Care

Thisted Municipal Dental Care is seeking a maternity/paternity leave replacement for a dentist as of 1 December 2026.

The dental service is part of the Health, Culture and Leisure Administration, which includes the Health Visitor Service among others. As a dentist you report directly to the head senior dentist of the dental service.

In the dental service you will be part of a team of committed colleagues, distributed among 5 dentists, 2 dental hygienists, 9 clinical assistants and one trainee dental assistant. The dental service is located in a clinic at Østre School with 9 clinic rooms.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a dentist who wants to help develop the municipal dental care in Thisted. A development that concerns both the professional field and the dental service's collaboration with other health professionals within health care. You want to contribute with innovative thinking and join a dynamic and ambitious team.

You may be newly trained or have many years of experience. The most important is that you are motivated to work with a wide range of different dental tasks.

The employment starts 1 December 2026 or as agreed and runs until 30 June with possibility of extension. The competence development plan can be included in the contract, and we are open to any individual wishes you may have.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary is determined according to the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay formation. The specific salary range will be disclosed prior to the interview.

The position is 14 hours per week with start 1 December 2026 or as agreed and runs until 30 June with possibility of extension.
