About the job

Do you want to help create participation opportunities, well-being and development for all children?

At Langebjergskolen we are looking for an engaged and academically strong resource pedagogue for a parental leave substitution in our lower primary. The position is a fixed-term job at 30 hours per week with start on Monday, January 4, 2027.

Are you passionate about creating inclusive learning environments, and motivated to create participation opportunities for children in different positions, then this is an exciting opportunity to become a central part of our resource efforts in the lower primary.

Who are we?

At Langebjergskolen we work from a vision of creating a school that our students will not want to leave. We strive to give students courage for life, a desire to learn more and a sense of development throughout their entire school journey.

We prioritize that it is the safe and steady adults who, together, solve the tasks around the children, and we generally work from inclusive learning environments rather than stand-alone interventions. As a resource pedagogue you will therefore be a fixed part of selected year-teams and play an important role in strengthening children’s participation, well-being and learning.

Our teaching is based on a project-based approach, where creativity, innovation and student involvement are central elements. We emphasize professionalism, well-being and formation as guiding principles in our everyday life and see value in strong communities – both for students and staff.

Your tasks

As a resource pedagogue you work closely with teachers and pedagogues in the year-team and with the school's leadership. You contribute with your pedagogical perspective and your professional knowledge to develop frameworks and practices that support all children’s well-being, development and learning.

Your tasks will include, among other things

  • Support for students’ participation opportunities in teaching and in group activities through co-teaching and group-sharing.
  • Close collaboration with year-teams.
  • Participation in joint reflections and sparring in the year-team with a focus on developing inclusive learning environments
  • Participation in school–home cooperation regarding students’ well-being and development
  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up on action plans in close collaboration with the team, management and relevant partners
  • Contribute to the development of learning environments and structures that support students’ different needs and strengthen the sense of community

Who are you?

We imagine that you

  • Are trained as a pedagogue or have another relevant education
  • Have experience with or an interest in inclusive learning environments
  • Have an eye for children’s resources and development potential
  • Can create strong relationships with both children, colleagues and parents
  • Work systematically and reflectively with pedagogical interventions
  • Thrive in close interprofessional collaboration
  • Can translate pedagogical reflections into concrete actions in practice

We offer

  • A school with engaged and curious students
  • A professionally strong and collaborative staff
  • Close sparring with colleagues and leadership
  • A positive and supportive parent group
  • Opportunity to influence the development of our resource initiatives
  • An workplace with focus on community, well-being and professional development
