Team for Quality and Learning (TKL) consists of four employees focusing on health, quality, development, teaching and learning across the social sector. The team supports managers and staff in the work to ensure high professional quality and development for the benefit of citizens.

As one of our staff goes on maternity leave, we are seeking a maternity cover for Team for Quality and Learning from 1 December 2026.

You will become part of a interdisciplinary team that works closely with area management, managers and staff in the social sector.

The position has a particular focus on health professional quality, medication management and competence development. You will primarily function as educator, sparring partner, facilitator and consultant and will therefore not have direct citizen-oriented health professional tasks. Your tasks

Your tasks will among other things be

• Teaching in medication management, health professional documentation and possibly dementia.
• Preparation and updating of guidelines, instructions and workflow descriptions within medication management and other health professional areas.
• Professional sparring for authorized health professionals and other staff at the residential facilities, regarding medication management and documentation in Sensum One as well as complex somatic problems and palliative care.
• Coordinator for the health professional network in the adult disability area, which meets every four weeks with a focus on professional sparring, experience exchange and dissemination of new knowledge, including information from the Danish Patient Safety Authority and other relevant actors.
• Support for the work with fixed doctors at residential facilities, health checks and other health-promoting initiatives.
• Management support before, during and after inspections from the Danish Patient Safety Authority and the Social Supervisory.
• Administration and further development of digital learning and quality systems, including MyMedCards (we have the modules MyGuides and MySkills) and Plan2Learn.

Your profile

We imagine that you

• Are a licensed nurse.
• Would preferably have experience from a consultancy, development or quality function.
• Have experience with teaching and competence development.
• Have solid knowledge of medication management and health professional documentation.
• Have experience with or an interest in the specialized social sector.
• Have good collaboration skills and thrive in building relationships across professional groups.
• Are strong in both oral and written communication.
• Can work independently and at the same time actively participate in a closely collaborating team.
• Have a flair for IT systems and preferably experience with Sensum One and MyMedCards.
• Have an interest in quality development, implementation and organizational learning.
• Can create overview, prioritize tasks and maintain focus in a varied workday.

Your primary workplace will be Favrskov Health Center, Hovvej 76, 8370 Hadsten, but you should expect activity on several of the social sector's sites. A driving license is therefore a requirement.
