Maternity-leave substitute for the Special Kindergarten Fuglereden

We have a full-time maternity substitute in Special Nursery Fuglereden to be filled as soon as possible - until and including July 31, 2027.

Special Nursery Fuglereden is an integrated institution in Støvring for children with special needs such as autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, attachment disorders, vision/hearing and communication difficulties and multiple functional impairments. At present, we have 15 children enrolled.

We are a staff group with a good working community who are passionate about using our pedagogical professionalism and take co-responsibility for the development of the house’s culture and pedagogical practice.

It is important to us that our children get the opportunity to develop as much independence and life skills as possible. They should have as many warm experiences and good practical learning communities with them as possible. We work with an approach that through equality, care and presence we create a safe and trusting foundation for development. Our view of people is acknowledging.

The employees are characterized by being engaged and they dare to stand by their professionalism. Here there is room for both care and humor in everyday life. Our institution shares a house with Børnehuset Fuglsang, which we see as a great advantage in terms of being able to mirror with the general area.

Special Nursery Fuglereden is part of Dagtilbud Syd, and is freestanding with its own economy. We work with the starting point of Rebild Municipality’s vision for the children and youth area, the municipality’s shared view of children and Dagtilbud Syd’s framework for an obligation-centered community with expectations for parents, employees and leaders. This means that there is an open and active dialogue about practice, about the core task and about quality in our house. It enables open processes where you can put your professional judgment into play.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement between KL and BUPL.

In connection with the appointment, a child protection clearance will be obtained.
