  • Has good clinical assessment skills and can maintain an overview in a complex daily life.
  • Has interest in or experience with clinical leadership and coordination of citizen paths.
  • Wants to develop their own competencies and contribute to colleagues' professional development.
  • Can translate professional knowledge into action and make decisions based on the citizen's needs.
  • Thrives in an interdisciplinary environment where collaboration, dialogue and knowledge sharing are essential.
  • Is curious, proactive and sees opportunities for professional improvement in everyday life.
  • Values a good working environment with focus on psychological safety

We offer you

  • An exciting position of 32 hours per week with a shift every 4th weekend.
  • A workplace with a focus on high professional standards, quality and patient safety.
  • A working environment where professional sparring, reflection and knowledge sharing are prioritized.
  • Close collaboration with engaged colleagues and relevant interdisciplinary partners.
  • An everyday life with independent responsibility, professional challenges and the opportunity to make a noticeable difference for the citizens.

We believe that strong professional environments are created through trust, collaboration and a shared ambition to deliver high-quality care.
