About the job

You should have subject-teacher competence in mathematics and a big plus would be if you have experience and competences in history and science/technology (N/T).

Should you have flair for Fablab, perhaps you're creative with both guitar and a brush/saw – that would also be good.

You should be able to create equal participation opportunities through diverse learning environments with a view to the new subject renewal.

You will become part of a well-functioning team around the middle school, where collaboration, professional sparring and well-being are in focus. You should help continue our development in creating learning environments where all children can thrive and learn a lot. We work in professional learning communities, where we continuously are curious about each other's practice, in order to become wiser about the core task and the individual's core contribution, with a mindset that we are in a culture of improvement.

You should be able to set realistic learning goals for the students, so they become as skilled as they can.

We work data-based, where both hard data and soft data must be used when creating pedagogical action plans.

About us

Øster Nykirke school is located in Vonge in the most beautiful nature. A school with plenty of space and a nice outdoor area. We value communities and diverse learning environments. In the community we look outward, at each other and at what is bigger than the individual. All children should have equal participation opportunities and be prepared for life.

The school consists of 125 wonderful students, of which about 80 children are attached to after-school care (SFO).

Employment terms

Salary and employment conditions in accordance with the current collective agreement. This is a full-time position of 37 hours with employment on December 1, 2026, or earlier if possible.

Information about starting salary

Employment takes place under the current agreement for the Danish Teachers' Association. The expected salary for full-time and excluding pension is between 34,000-42,000 DKK per month, depending on seniority and qualifications.

Final salary setting occurs according to the current collective agreement and based on qualifications and experience.
