Mathematics teacher for Nest-like classes at Hillerød Vest School

Do you want to teach mathematics at a school where there are two adults in the class, and where collaboration, professional development and inclusive communities are a natural part of everyday life?

At Hillerød Vest School we are looking for an engaged mathematics teacher for 4.V and 5.V. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about the mathematics subject, has high ambitions on behalf of the students and wishes to develop their practice in close collaboration with colleagues.

The V-classes are our general class track, in which there are some places for children who need Nest-like pedagogy, where what is necessary for some is beneficial for all. The classes have fewer students, a high degree of structure and predictability, and a focus on both academic, social and emotional development.

As a mathematics teacher in the V-track you will become part of a strong subject-based environment where teaching is largely handled through co-teaching and two-adult arrangements. Here, the teachers plan, carry out and evaluate the instruction together.
