Are you tired of tinkering with rusty exhaust pipes, and would you rather nerd out on future technology? At Tide we’re looking for a sharp technician with a big, beating heart for high voltage, who will help keep our electric fleet running.

You may already have seen our 24-meter long Plusbuses glide silently through the streets? They are pretty cool (if we may say so), but even the best electric buses need love, care and a skilled technician who knows how to plug in the plug correctly. That's where you come in!

Forget all about the dark, grubby workshop

Here you can pack away the notion of the cold, dark maintenance pit. We offer a state-of-the-art, bright and inviting workshop, where it smells more of the future and freshly brewed coffee than of old diesel. We have the framework in place so you can focus on what you do best.

What does the job involve?

• As our new high-voltage hero, your primary task will be to ensure that our electric buses are always well-tuned and ready to take to the roads. Your tasks will include:
• Troubleshooting, servicing and repairing complex high-voltage systems on our electric buses.
• Routine mechanical and electrical maintenance (because brakes and doors still need to function).
• Brainstorming with your colleagues on the best technical solutions.

Who are you? (Besides being quite crazy about power)

• You are a skilled mechanic, technician, construction machinery mechanic or similar.
• You have a burning interest in - and preferably experience with - electricity and high voltage.
• You have respect for high voltages (we really want to keep you safe in one piece!).
• You are a team player. We actually value teamwork highly, and we are looking for a colleague who will lend a hand when tasks stall, and who can laugh over lunch.
