We are looking for you who can be your colleagues' "partner in crime" at Hasselvej 4 in the green area just outside Løgumkloster. You should be part of a dedicated team that every day creates security, trust and continuity around 12 lovely residents with varying forms and degrees of mental and physical functional impairments, including autism.

Here we work together all the way around the citizen to create safe frames, calm and more good moments in everyday life for some very vulnerable citizens – and at the same time be your colleagues' resource person with professional opinions and positions, which can translate them into a calm, acknowledging and stable approach in everyday life. You must be able to stand clearly in yourself, maintain an overview and at the same time meet the citizens with respect and understanding for their life histories and vulnerabilities.

The citizens are all over 18 years old with physical and psychological impairments in varying degrees and expressions, and who all need support to create structure, well-being and quality of life in daily life. Our goal is to help the citizens to as autonomous and meaningful a life as possible – based on exactly their functional levels, resources and needs.

In addition, it is part of everyday life to accompany our residents to the internal activity and socializing offer, which many participate in on their own and tailored premises. To ensure continuity and recognizability in an already vulnerable life, it is the same employees who will meet the citizen in both their home and their protected employment – and therefore you as well.

That means you support their whole daily life – including cooking, personal care, shopping days, leisure activities and the small relational moments that often make the biggest difference.

Professionalism comes in many forms

We believe that valuable experience can look many ways. Perhaps you are trained as a music therapist, pedagogue, social- and health care assistant, anthropologist, occupational therapist, social worker or something completely different. And perhaps you have experience that cannot be measured in titles. The most important for us is that you can create security, engage in relationships and meet people with respect, curiosity and professional presence. If you can see yourself in the task, we would therefore very much like to hear from you, even if your path into the profession may not be entirely traditional.

Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and negotiated local agreements, and we would like to point out that we collect a criminal record check before you are employed.

Salary range

• Social- and health care assistant 29,426 kr. - 34,717 kr.
• Care helper 26,350 kr. - 29,139 kr.
• Social educator 32,863 kr. - 37,424 kr

Placement in the salary range depends on experience, competence and relevant education. The positions are posted as full-time positions at 37 hours per week, but if you want fewer hours, this can be discussed. Working hours will be rotating shifts in day- and evening hours on weekdays and weekends.
