Employee supervisor wanted

Dansk Erhvervsservice ApS is seeking a structured and proactive supervisor / supervisor. We also expect you to be able to cover shifts and work fixed on site.

Dansk Erhvervsservice ApS is looking for a structured and responsible supervisor to lead and coordinate our cleaning and service tasks across customer locations.

The supervisor will take on a central, operational role and function as the daily link between management, employees and customers. The position focuses on ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with agreed quality, safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of cleaning staff at multiple customer locations
• Work on site together with other staff
• Ensuring that cleaning services comply with applicable Danish regulations for occupational safety and hygiene
• Training, introduction and instruction of employees in work procedures and quality standards
• Quality control through inspections and reporting to management
• Ordering, allocation and management of cleaning products, materials and equipment
• Handling staff attendance, task distribution and basic follow-up on performance
• Covering operations in case of illness, vacation or extra workload

Qualifications

• Experience in the cleaning, facilities or service industry
• Experience with personnel management, coordination or quality control
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Structured, flexible and solution-oriented approach to work

• Job type: Full-time, permanent position
• Working hours: 37 hours per week

Salary

• Gross monthly salary: Minimum DKK 37,500
• Higher salary can be negotiated depending on qualifications
• Salary and employment terms follow Danish collective agreement standards
• Salary paid into a Danish bank account
