In your role as....

An Appointment Setter is your primary task to perform outreach work by contacting small and medium-sized companies and engaging in a good dialogue with them about their marketing with the aim of booking meetings with them.

Your main tasks will be

• Outreach contact to small and medium-sized companies
• Presentation of MerkurNord’s service portfolio
• Booking meetings with decision-makers

You will work independently to contact relevant companies and book, but with close sparring and support from our Strategic Business Developer and CCO. In addition, you will have good opportunities for sparring with our creative team and the office’s other digital consultants.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who...

• Is outgoing and thrives in an outreach role, where a “no” is fuel for motivation
• Has a strong interest in sales and marketing
• Would like to gain the next or perhaps first experiences in the agency industry
• Has sharp communication skills and can build trust over the phone
• Is independent and proactive by nature and can drive your own processes
• Wants to work at a fast-paced agency with a professional mindset
• Industry experience and familiarity with different marketing channels such as Google Ads, SEO, Advertising on social media, etc. is a plus
