Holmebo consists of 7 rooms: 3 nursery groups, 3 kindergarten groups and 1 foundation group. What you will do As a middle manager at Holmebo you will be a central part of the daily management and an important part of the pedagogical team. You are close to children, staff and parents, and you help set the direction for both practice, collaboration and development in the house. You will have both operational tasks, pedagogical sparring and responsibility for ensuring a stable and well-functioning everyday life.

You will join the overall management team, where you will have the opportunity to influence the development of Holmebo – both professionally, organizationally and culturally. At the same time you must be able to step in as a role model, showing how we work with inclusion, care and high professionalism.

• Take on pedagogical and daily leadership on selected rooms
• Ensure structure, professional quality and well-being in daily operation
• Be a sparring partner for staff and support their professional development
• Participate in parent collaboration and communicate clearly and respectfully
• Contribute to the development of pedagogical initiatives, projects and workflows
• Actively participate in the leadership team's work with strategy, work environment and culture

Who we hope you are We are looking for a middle manager who can and will stand in the tension between everyday practice and being part of the children's daily life on the floor, and the managerial tasks in the office. You are the type who can stay calm when there is a lot to handle, and who can be clear without losing your empathy. You thrive with responsibility, can make decisions and are not afraid to lead – but you do it in close collaboration with colleagues and with a focus on open dialogue.

You have a pedagogical background and experience from the daycare sector, and you want to work with children, staff and parents in a holistic way. You see diversity as a strength and have an eye for inclusion, relationships and communities.
