Middle school teacher with Danish and English in their blood – and a desire for more

At Ejstrupholm School we are seeking a teacher for the middle grades who can teach Danish, English and Christianity. The position also includes hours as a dyslexia mentor and a two-language advisor.

• Have strong professional competences in Danish and English
• Have an interest in and a desire to work with dyslexia support and multilingual students
• Can create clear, engaging, varied and motivating teaching

• Thrive in a close, committed and professional team collaboration
• Meet students and colleagues with calm, clarity and curiosity

You do not need to be an expert in all parts of the position. The most important thing is that you are willing to take responsibility for the mentoring tasks and help develop our shared practice.

Who are we?

Ejstrupholm School is a small public school from 0th to 9th grade with around 240 pupils and about 40 staff. We are a school in development with a focus on academic achievement, community and strong relationships.

We help each other, share knowledge and believe that the best and most constructive solutions are created in communities. Both in the staff group, but also in the student community. With us there is room for both seriousness, humor, presence and clarity.

We are an Erasmus+ school and have a strong focus on students’ development – academically, socially and personally. In lower secondary we work with MOT , and we are in the process of expanding this approach to the middle grades.
