Mimosen Dementia Care Center is seeking permanent weekend staff

Would you like, courage and abilities to help create a good and safe everyday life for residents with dementia? Could you imagine a meaningful, permanent job every other weekend on day shifts at our lovely care center – and perhaps you would occasionally also like to supplement a few hours on weekdays?

About us

Mimosen consists of 24 care flats. We take pride in being a good place to live, work and visit. Our core task is our residents’ well-being, joy of life and health. We work with person-centered care. You will as an employee with us be responsible for holistic care of our residents. The care is planned and carried out based on each resident’s habits and needs. Most of our employees have worked here for a long time and will therefore be able to introduce you thoroughly to the house and the residents. We get on well with each other and are happy to laugh together.

About you

Are you reliable, structured and good at communicating with other people? Then you sound exactly like the new colleague we miss.

• You have a positive approach to collaboration with residents, relatives and your colleagues
• You are reliable and work in a structured way
• Experience from a care center and possibly the dementia field would be an advantage
