Morning shift in Brøndby – Work 2 hours, get paid for 3 hours! A temp is sought for 5-year-old Elif

Substitute sought for week 46 and possibly week 47 – part-time job with meaning

Do you want to make a difference from the day’s very first hours and give a child with special needs a safe and calm start to the day?

We are seeking a caring and stable temporary worker for morning support for Elif, 5, in Brøndby . The temp needs to be able to cover all morning shifts in week 46 and possibly week 47 , as Elif's regular helper is on holiday.

The position is about 10 hours per week, spread over all weekday mornings.

About Elif

Elif has a rare genetic diagnosis that causes congenital muscular hypotonia and general developmental delay. She sits in a wheelchair and does not yet have language – not even clear sound or body communication. Therefore it is important that you are attentive, calm and present and can read her needs from the small signals she gives.

About the job

You arrive around 07:00 and finish around 09:00 – but you are always paid for a minimum of 3 hours per shift.

You help with

• Changing diapers and helping with dressing
• Brushing teeth and supporting personal hygiene
• Preparing and serving breakfast
• Getting Elif ready for the day
• Accompanying her to the VBT bus, which picks her up from home

We are looking for someone who

• Has a kind heart and enjoys being with children
• Has calmness and composure in the morning hours and creates a safe atmosphere
• Would preferably have experience with children with special needs (not a requirement)
• Is practical and responsible with good routines
• Is reliable and can cover all morning shifts in week 46 and possibly week 47
