With us you will become part of a house where children's motor development is in focus, and where everyday life is shaped by movement, curiosity, play, and presence.

With the basis in the house's motor skills profile, we work from an understanding that children learn and develop through the body. We create learning environments that support children's physical and perceptual-motor development. Movement, play and bodily experiences we see as an important part of the foundation for children's well-being, learning and social development. We work according to

We are looking for the pedagogue, with heart and professionalism, who

• meets the children with presence, curiosity and acknowledgment
• can see behind the child's behaviour and is curious about the child's perspective
• reflects on their own and the collective pedagogical practice
• wants movement and to use the body actively together with the children
• can create motoric, playful and developmentally learning environments
• contributes with engagement, humor and professional perspectives
• takes responsibility for both the children, the pedagogical task and the shared work environment
• can communicate professionally and in an affirming way both orally and in writing
• is flexible and eager to contribute across the house

What we can offer you

Motorik-børnehuset Rådyrvej is an integrated institution normed for 12 toddlers and 62 preschool children. The children are distributed across four groups: a toddler group, a group with the youngest preschool children and two groups with the oldest. The position can be anywhere in the house.

We offer a workplace where there is room for professional perspectives, good ideas, and diversity. We want respect, humor, professional curiosity and cooperation to characterise daily life. We help each other, are curious about different perspectives and take shared responsibility for both the core task and the work environment.

You will have the opportunity to have influence, take responsibility and be involved in developing our shared pedagogical practice. You will become significant in work with relationships, attachment, sensory-motor, play and the first meaningful steps into the children's community.

You do not need to be an expert in motor skills, as long as you are curious about the area and want to develop with us.

The position is generally 37 hours per week, but there is a possibility of another number of hours by arrangement. The position is from 1 November, or by agreement.
