MSCH COPENHAGEN IS SEEKING A FULL-TIME SALES ASSISTANT, KOLDING

We are seeking a Sales Assistant for our store in Kolding. The position is full-time and starts on 1 November 2026.

As a Sales Assistant, the primary task is to provide the ultimate service to our customers, and ensure that our stores always present themselves well.

MSCH COPENHAGEN is in constant development, therefore the right candidate must be adaptable, flexible and eager to be part of a growth company where daily life is unpredictable and exciting.

The right candidates are passionate about creating a good dialogue with our customers and about selling. You should have experience in the industry and preferably in a similar role. You are good at staying focused and maintaining an overview and have a flair for sales and service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work according to MSCH COPENHAGEN’s defined requirements for image and service
• Servicing and processing customers
• Ensure that customers are welcomed and have an experience that is better than expected
• Ensure that the store has Denmark's best customer service!
• Focus on upselling, via product and styling advice
• Carry out the individual areas of responsibility defined by the store manager
• Stock replenishment of the store, all products must be available in all sizes
• Professional handling of customer complaints, returns and exchanges
• Stock handling including ordering and inventory management
• Ensure that the warehouse is up-to-date, neat and tidy
• Participate in stock status
• Manage sales and merchandise activities
• One is always dressed in MSCH COPENHAGEN when at work
