You land in a medium-sized team where facade renovation and surface treatment fill much of the daily work. The tasks are around Hvidsten and with customers, where facades, concrete and surfaces need a proper treatment. You work alternately on your own and with a partner, depending on what the task requires.

The role suits you if you can take responsibility for a task without needing someone standing behind you all the time. A driver's license is necessary because you drive out to the assignments yourself. The motto is simple: It should be fun to go to work.

Your daily life The day is about getting facades and surfaces ready, repaired and delivered properly. You assess along the way whether the substrate is ready for the next treatment, and you speak up if something is not right. Some tasks require calm and thoroughness, others require you to roll up your sleeves and keep the pace.

You will, among other things, work with

• Renovate facades on commercial buildings
• Carry out concrete renovation and preparation of surfaces
• Work with sandblasting, waterproofing and facade insulation
• Address pointing and repairs in masonry
• Assist with shotcrete, fireproof coating or epoxy treatment when the task requires it

If a task turns out larger than initially assessed, you say so, so the customer gets a clear message. It fits well in a place where dialogue and collaboration matter in daily life.
