You will join a small masonry team where the tasks span broadly. The customers range from private, commercial and public assignments, so everyday life requires both solid craftsmanship and a good way of talking to people. The work is around Tønder, and the tasks can shift from tiling and bathrooms to facades, extensions and classic masonry work. Here we need a mason who can get involved and not just want to do the same type of task every day.

You get a company car and a daily life with orderly terms. Your daily life Tasks are typically agreed in advance, so the customer knows what needs to be done and when. You work in the sequence that makes sense on site, and when other trades need to come in, coordination ensures the work can progress. The day may start with a planned tile work and end with preparation for new build or renovation.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Lay tiles in bathrooms and other masonry tasks
• Work on new builds from foundation to brickwork
• Renovate brickwork, facades and existing buildings
• Help with extensions, conversions and classic masonry work
• Take on soil and concrete tasks when the project requires it

This gives a daily life with several types of tasks, where you do not end up with tiles week after week if the project calls for something else. You must be able to work neatly, keep agreements and deliver something you can stand by.

We are looking for someone who can check off most things You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a mason
• Have a driver's license
• Can work with tiling, new builds and renovations
• Show up reliably and keep agreements
• Say if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have also tried your hand at facades, bathrooms, soil and concrete or paving. But the most important is that you are a decent craftsman who takes responsibility for your work.
