You land in a larger masonry and concrete department where there is room for both large and small tasks. The customers range from private individuals to businesses, schools and institutions, so everyday life requires that you can speak properly with many different people. The work is around Hornsyld, and you switch between independent tasks, partner work and crew work. There is an emphasis on a good working environment, collaboration and agreements that hold.

The special thing about the role is the breadth. One week can deal with tiling and renovation, the next with new builds, service or concrete work. The company car is part of the package, and you get a day-to-day where experience and responsibility matter.

Everyday: Tiles, new builds, service and concrete

Your everyday The day can shift between planned masonry tasks and spjæld, because the role covers both new builds, renovation and service. On smaller service tasks you manage the arrangements yourself, and on larger tasks you coordinate the sequence with the other trades. When something changes, you tell in time so the customer knows what happens.

You will, among other things, work with

• Lay tiles and klinkers
• Work on new builds
• Take renovation tasks in both private and commercial sectors
• Resolve spjæld and service tasks
• Pour and perform concrete work

Here you don’t leave anything half-done. If a task grows beyond what was agreed at first, you report it so both the customer and the team can follow along.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a mason
• Have a driving license
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your appointments
• Speak properly with customers
• Say something if something doesn’t add up
