Bricklayer for renovation and contracting in Frederiksberg

We are looking for a bricklayer for renovation and contracts in Frederiksberg.

You will become part of a larger carpenter- and bricklayer business, where bricklaying, carpentry and contracting sit close to each other. The tasks range from renovation to trade- and main contracts, so you will have a daily life where there is control over the site. The work area is Frederiksberg and the greater Copenhagen area, so you work close to the city and in familiar surroundings. Colleagues are a mix of bricklayers, carpenters, project managers and service staff, and it gives something to lean on when tasks need coordinating.

The role suits you who want to do proper renovation work without jumping between short temporary positions. The salary is 250-270 DKK per hour, and you land in a place where there is continuously a need for skilled bricklayers. You do not need to sell yourself with long applications - you just need to know your trade and show up reliably.

Everyday: Renovation, brickwork and contracting

Your everyday

The day is steered by the site you are on, and the renovation is agreed with the project manager, so the sequence fits with the other trades. You work through the brickwork tasks that come in stages, and you tell us if something at the site does not align with the agreement.

You will among other things be working with

• Working with renovation of brickwork and building parts
• Plastering, smoothing and correcting existing surfaces
• Do tile and tile work where the task requires it
• Cast and repair smaller concrete elements
• Repair brickwork so the next trade can come in

There is room to take responsibility for the task, but you are not left with the entire construction alone. If something changes along the way, you will report it so the client and the other trades are not left hanging.

We are looking for you who can check off most things

You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We expect that you

• Have a couple of years of experience as a bricklayer
• Have experience with renovation
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Can work on a site where several trades must work together
• Will speak up if something does not add up

It is an advantage if you have tried both renovation and smaller contracting tasks before. But the most important thing is that you can take charge and deliver decent work.
