Would you like to be part of an exciting development at one of the 3 special centers in Randers Municipality’s care area, and you now have the opportunity to become our new center manager.
A place of professionalism and development
We have a focus on professionalism and a good working environment in a daily life with high complexity at Terneparken, which is a special center within the dementia field.
Terneparken is characterized by successfully handling complex tasks in an appreciative and dignified manner. We turn challenges into star moments and success stories, contributing to a sustained high level of professionalism and pride.
We work purposefully with person-centered care, where the individual resident’s wishes, life history, values and resources are the starting point in daily life.
Terneparken consists of 48 dwellings covering specialized dementia placements, elderly housing and temporary placements, where you will lead a strong interdisciplinary team of about 55 full-time staff and also temporary staff and hourly paid employees.
We are seeking a center manager who
- Is passionate about creating a dignified everyday life for the residents
- Thrives in exercising visible leadership for employees
- Supports a good working environment and daily operations
- Can place themselves in a developing and professionally oriented environment
- Can propose initiatives contributing to a balanced economy
- Can balance between demands and resources in complex issues
- Is a strong and trust-building communicator in both written and spoken form
- Has experience with leadership including personnel management and financial responsibility
- Prefers a health-professional background and knowledge of the dementia field
You will also become part of our leadership groups in Area West, where we work jointly with professional leadership and are focused on translating knowledge and methods that work in practice. It is important that we ask and challenge each other to develop together. We focus on succeeding together.
At your start you will receive a thorough introduction to Randers Municipality, Terneparken, Area West, partners and the processes that are already initiated.
If you find the above inspiring, we would love to hear from you.
