About the position

As a night shift nurse you are alone at the care home, so it is important that you enjoy working independently and can maintain a good overview and can prioritize in the tasks. It is always possible to contact visiting nurses and colleagues at other care homes. The night hours are characterized by calm and presence – but also by responsibility and security for the residents.

We are looking for a colleague who has an overview, is curious about development and sees the value in interdisciplinary collaboration. Documentation is a natural part of your work – and if you know Cura, that is an advantage, but otherwise we will teach you. The most important thing is that you meet our residents with warmth, respect and a desire to create security.

• Is trained as a social- and health care assistant

Your tasks

• Ensure care and security for the residents during the night hours
• Handle emergency calls
• Carry out planned care tasks, medication management and observations
• Documentation
• Contribute to a good collaboration across the 24-hour period

• Salary and employment are governed by the applicable collective agreement.
• The position is desired to be filled from 1 December 2026 or earlier if possible. The application deadline is 28-10-2026. We hold ongoing interviews.
