Skovgrillen is a busy grill bar in Næstved, where we place great emphasis on quality, good collaboration and not least giving our customers a good customer experience – every time .

We are now looking for an operations manager , who will have a specially entrusted role in the daily operation and become our right-hand when we as owners are not present.

About the position

As the operations manager, you must be able to have the big overview of the store and the daily operation.

That means you not only focus on your own tasks, but also notice what is happening around you, what is missing, and what needs to be resolved.

Your tasks and areas of responsibility will include

• To ensure that the daily operation runs smoothly, even when the owners are not present.
• To have an overview of staff and today's tasks.
• To allocate tasks and follow up to ensure they are completed.
• To be attentive to missing goods and other items that need to be purchased.
• To take initiative and find solutions to the challenges that naturally arise during a workday.
• To be able to make ordinary decisions regarding daily operations.
• To help find solutions in case of illness and sudden absence and to step in yourself when necessary and possible.
• To ensure our high standard for quality, cleanliness and customer service.
• To be able to stay calm and keep an overview – even when it is busy.

You do not necessarily need to have held a responsible position before. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and naturally take responsibility.

Experience from grill bar, café, restaurant, retail or similar is an advantage, but the right personality, maturity and sense of responsibility weigh heavily.
