About the job
Do you want to bring your latest updated knowledge into play in meaningful interventions for children, youth and families?
Carelink Gruppen, Social & Familie – Børn & Unge is seeking a psychologist for a permanent position with tasks in North Zealand/Zealand. The position is ideal for you who are newly graduated (and not yet licensed), and who want a strong platform to translate theory and the latest research into practice in the specialized child- and youth area.
Carelink Gruppen is Denmark's largest welfare group. In the Social & Familie department, we work closely with municipalities across the country to help children, youth and families with special needs and complex problems.
We are looking for someone who has
- A master's degree in psychology (cand.psych.).
- Interest in the specialized area – e.g., in developmental disorders, ADHD, autism, distress or complex social issues.
- Willingness and ability to translate theory and evidence-based methods into concrete practice.
- Strong skills in relationship-based work and communication.
- A calm, presence-based and professional approach to parents, children/youth and their networks.
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and professionally responsible manner.
- Strong writing skills, including professional and respectful phrasing.
- Maybe experience from student jobs, internships or similar work areas (this is an advantage, but not a requirement).
Your tasks
The tasks will be continuously adapted to your experience and profile as well as concrete citizen needs. This may include:
- Psychological support and conversations with children, youth and parents.
- Observation and professional assessments of well-being, development and needs.
- Advice, guidance and sparring with parents as well as professionals involved with the family.
- Participation in interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Preparation of written professional documentation and follow-up.
Who are we?
Carelink Gruppen is Denmark's largest welfare group and carries out tasks within all welfare areas, including services within family treatment, supported and supervised visitation, substitution and respite care outside the home, eating disorders, self-harm and compulsory school absence, as well as health-related interventions for children and youth in their own homes.
Our value foundation is based on an active anchoring in our work with children, youth and their families, where the cornerstones are motivation and high professionalism in close relational work. This means that we work value-based with the individual child, youth and/or family, so that they feel seen, heard and acknowledged.
What do we offer
- A permanent position where you will build broad and valuable clinical experience in the specialized area, strengthening your foundation as a psychologist.
- A workplace where we value high professionalism, knowledge sharing and mutually qualified sparring.
- Professional challenges and relevant competency development.
- Colleagues with a high professional level, strong commitment and a desire to develop.
- A company in constant development.
- Good working conditions with a focus on a healthy working environment.
- Salary according to qualifications and experience.
Workplace
The work area covers all of Zealand, with the main focus in North Zealand depending on the individual assignment.
Since travel is involved with the position, it is a requirement that you have a driver's license and your own car.
