Night shift at OK-Fonden Egå Nursing Home

We are looking for a new colleague for our night shift team, as one of our good and stable night shift workers, over many years, has chosen to retire.

Start date 1 November 2026 or by agreement.

Are you trained as a social and health care assistant or nurse, and does the following sound interesting, please feel free to send an application.

With us you will become part of a strong night shift team, where there are always two on duty. As a night shift you will handle, among other things, basic care, nursing, pain management, palliation, documentation and much more. There is close collaboration between the shifts, and we place high priority on multidisciplinary collaboration.

Your profile

• You have completed the training as a social and health care assistant or nurse

• You have a good overview and you independently prioritize in the tasks
• You regard collaboration with relatives as an integral part of your professional effort
• You have a high professional level and can reflect on your own practice
• You must be curious about your own learning
• You wish to be part of the work with person-centered care and create a daily life that promotes the well-being of the individual resident
• You contribute to coherent documentation and resident pathways in a multidisciplinary collaboration
• You have experience documenting and, among other things, conveying professional information
• You wish to contribute to good collaboration, both with residents, their relatives and your colleagues
