Then you might be our new colleague at Palleshave.

We are seeking 2 night shift workers for a permanent position of 30-37 hours per week with start 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

About the job

As a night shift worker your most important task is to create safe surroundings for the residents through the night. You support as needed, provide care and ensure residents get the best possible night sleep.

The residents are adults with permanently reduced physical and/or mental functioning and need support in daily life. Some residents may have outwardly reactive behaviour.

You will become part of a strong night shift team with six colleagues. Each night there are three employees on duty:

• Two night shifts at Palleshave.
• An on-call night shift, who services Bo & Aktiv's other residential facilities in Ringe and Nr. Lyndelse.

Documentation takes place in Nexus.

• Have experience with people with disabilities or special support needs.
• Are calm, independent and responsible.
• Can maintain overview in challenging situations.
• Work in an appreciative and relationship-oriented way.
• Have a driving license (category B).
