As of 1/12 2026 we are seeking a night shift worker who would like to become part of a dynamic workplace with room to grow.

About the department

The Rehabilitation Department at the Nursing Home Christians Have consists of 24 temporary beds.

In the Rehabilitation Department we receive complex patients from both hospital and their own homes.

We receive patients with many diverse issues e.g.

● Newly operated patients

● Chronically ill

● Complex medical patients

● People with dementia who require security and stable routines

In early 2027 we will transition to having 16 health and care beds in collaboration with the Region, with the remaining kept as municipal beds.

We have many close partners and share a common interest in rehabilitating the individual to be able to manage as well as possible in their own life.

We work with values such as community, responsibility, influence and security, and we place a high value on professionalism, collegial support and a warm tone.

In the department there are employed nurses, SSAs and physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

We also have a study unit in the department, for SSA students and bachelor students.

● 28 hours per week in a 7-7 shift (work in odd weeks and have time off in even weeks)

Qualifications

We expect you are

● Qualified SSA or nurse

● Responsible and with a high level of reflection

● Professionally well-founded with broad experience

● Independent – you are alone on the department at night, with the possibility to call for help from the other departments

● Flexible

● Approachable and want to contribute to the good working environment
