Night shift sought at Ørbæklund - preferably with psychiatric experience

Night shift is needed as soon as possible and no later than 1.12 2026, for the residential care home Ørbæklund.

You would greatly benefit from having experience in psychiatry.

You will work 7 night shifts in a row, odd weeks, and afterwards have 7 days off. The working hours are 23:00 - 07:30. At the residential facility Ørbæklund there is an additional 1 awake night shift in the same week.

Ørbæklund is part of the Center for Psychiatry and Development, which consists of several different offerings in Ikast-Brande Municipality, including residential services, temporary residential with housing training, housing support in one's own home, crisis functions and drop-in centers.

Ørbæklund is a 24/7 residential service located in Brande, for 28 adults from 18 years and up, who have a mental vulnerability or a mental illness, and they may be challenged by various comorbidities and other difficulties. All have a need for support to develop themselves based on wishes, hopes and dreams for their lives and their own recovery process.

We also have a café where our residents can meet each other and a drop-in center where external citizens with a mental vulnerability also come.

In addition we have 2 acute places for referred citizens who can seek us in the evening- and night hours for a conversation and possibly a overnight stay to regain safety and balance in their own life.

You should expect that there may be light domestic tasks such as wiping tables, tidying, watering flowers (no physically demanding cleaning) in collaboration with the other night shift staff who is in the house, during the hours when the citizens sleep.

We highly value the safety of night staff, and you will as a minimum always have 2 staff on duty at night.
