Nordjysk Lift – Rental Consultant

You will have a responsible position , where, with reference to the department manager, you will have the following responsibilities and tasks:

• Rental of construction equipment
• Creation of rental contracts
• Logistics in relation to driving
• Prepare quotes using standard contracts, create orders and carry out sales
• Identify new leads
• Proactively approach new and existing customers
• Build good and long-lasting customer relationships
• Handle inquiries from customers
• Responsible for ensuring the department always presents a presentable appearance

To succeed in the role you should have experience in sales and customer service. Alternatively you may have experience from a service trade where you have gained a solid understanding of good customer service. Your educational background is not decisive, as your personal competencies are the most important. In addition you have a solid IT understanding, can navigate ERP systems, and it is an advantage if you have knowledge of Business Central.

You master Danish in writing and speaking, and you are resident within a reasonable driving distance to the company’s location in Grenå.

As a person you have a high level of service and potential and a desire to become a good salesperson. You are independent and proactive, and you possess a strong drive, which is also reflected in your competitiveness and goal orientation. You are motivated by customer contact and by achieving good results. You have good collaboration skills, and your outgoing and trustworthy personality makes it easy to build relationships and handle customers at all levels. You have a good overview and understand the value of, that results largely come through hard work and good customer service.
