As a Sales Supporter you play a central role in this mission when you daily answer telephone and written inquiries from Danish, Norwegian and Swedish kitchen retailers, plumbers and consumers.

The work day mainly consists of order taking, product and price questions, creation and maintenance of customers, and invoicing inquiries.

If you want to join the team, we expect the following

• You speak fluent Norwegian as well as Danish and English at a high level, and it is a big plus if you can also handle Swedish.
• You gain energy from talking to customers and are driven by communicating sales and product knowledge over the phone
• You have experience working in an ERP system and the Office suite – especially Excel – and generally have a flair for IT and easily adapt to new systems.
• You have the ability and willingness to understand the technical details of our products, so you can provide competent and confident support to our customers.

You will become part of a team of 6 competent and dedicated colleagues at our modern office in Rødovre. We sit in an open-plan office in a relaxed office environment. In addition you will have strong collaboration with our colleagues at our sales office in Rødovre and Oslo.

Practical information

Quooker is located in Rødovre close to the highway and with bus 166 almost at the door.

The work is generally arranged between 8 am and 4 pm, but of course there can be exceptions that can be agreed. Remote work is possible.
