Are you trained as SSA or do you have another health profession background, then you have a great opportunity to apply for a permanent day shift or evening shift position at Skovgade Nursing Home.

• Permanent employment in day shifts , evening shifts or mixed shifts with work every 2nd weekend and with the standard hours you desire

• We emphasise a thorough introduction and onboarding program depending on your education and experience
• You will have broad opportunities to develop skills in dementia, both the general expression and the more challenging dementia expression. You also have the opportunity to use, and develop your competences within disability/psychiatry and alcohol-related injuries.
• You will have ample opportunity to work with palliation, complex nursing and task delegation in close collaboration with our nursing home district nurse and the nursing home physician.
• You can look forward to engaged colleagues and present and caring leadership.

A little about Skovgade Nursing Home

Here 52 very different people live spread over four houses, all of whom need your individual care and attention. We want to create a home and well-being based on person-centered care. Your future colleagues are a wonderful mix of SSH and SSA-trained staff, nursing home nurses, unskilled substitutes, cleaning and nutrition assistants, and many curious students within the SoSu area. We also have an activities staff employed for about 20 hours per week, who together with many wonderful volunteers ensures that everyday life does not become dull.
