About the job
Nurse sought for Medical Outpatient Clinic – the Dialysis Department at Bornholm's Hospital.
Permanent position of 28 hours per week from 1 January 2027
Do you want to work somewhere with a focus on high professionalism, close collegial collaboration and a unique opportunity to make a difference for patients with chronic conditions? Then we have the job for you!
We are seeking a licensed nurse for our dialysis department.
What can we offer you?
- A secure start: You will receive a structured introduction and training program in the department over 8 weeks with an assigned contact nurse, theoretical and practical training, supervision and reflection.
- Competence development: Study trips to Frederiksberg or Rigshospitalet, virtual teaching and collaboration with the nephrology department at Rigshospitalet. Relevant continuing education in the form of a nephrology basic course and further training.
- A strong team: We are a staff group of 9-10 nurses where everyone is very dedicated to the specialty. You will become part of a committed team with 4-5 nurses working at the same time. We place emphasis on good collaboration and a humorous tone of voice.
- Clinical development: Focus on quality work and close collaboration with specialists, doctors and other departments.
Tasks and collaboration
In the dialysis department we treat chronic patients Monday to Saturday during daytime hours. We have close collaboration with the nephrology department at Rigshospitalet, which weekly sends doctors to our outpatient clinic and rounds in the dialysis unit.
Dialysis training is an advantage, but not a requirement – we ensure you are well prepared.
We are looking for someone who
- Is eager to work in a strong professional environment.
- Is motivated to develop themselves and their specialty.
- Focuses on the patient’s needs and works with high quality and empathy.
Terms of employment
Salary and terms of employment follow the applicable collective agreement for non-managerial staff in the Health Sector’s area.
