In your role as a nurse you will

• Be responsible for care and treatment processes for complex residents
• have a daily life where you communicate affirmatively with residents, relatives and colleagues - also in busy times.
• work in a values-based workplace where warmth, well-being and community create a good culture, where the individual is always in focus
• be a role model, help, guide and teach, as well as contribute to
• Support and guide the SOSU staff so that all competences are utilized optimally
• Work with quality assurance, professional development and implementation of new initiatives
• Actively participate in development projects and interdisciplinary collaborations
• Be able to brainstorm with the other nurses

• The position is 30-37 hours
• Salary and employment according to current collective agreement
• We work every fourth weekend, and share holidays

About Riis Friplejehjem

Riis is a lively and homely place with 40 nursing home places distributed over 2 floors, where the staff work daily to create a meaningful and safe everyday life for the residents.

We have a large hall for communal activities, where the activities officer arranges various activities to the joy of the home’s residents. Volunteers and the circle of friends also play an active role in daily life, and the food is prepared in the home’s own production kitchen.
