On Sejerø you are not one among many. You become an important key person who helps create security and coherence for the island's residents.

Your tasks

You will among other things work with

• Nursing interventions in residents' homes and at our small nursing home
• Coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Prevention, rehabilitation and health promotion
• Complex nursing care and clinical assessments
• Contact with doctors, hospitals and relatives

The position provides a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to influence the development of the local nursing effort.

Working hours

The position is 32-37 hours per week by agreement with work every second weekend .
