At Baunehøj Nursing Home we all work with a person-centred focus, so we continually ensure high professionalism with respect for the individual resident, their lived life and unique life history.

As a nurse, you will have the daily nursing professional responsibility for both the clinical part and the documentation around the residents in a shared setting with other nurses, and be able to delve into the individual person who lives here, in relationship work.

Together with three other nurses and a development nurse, you will receive professional sparring at a high level and the opportunity to perform holistic nursing, including personal hygiene. Basic, acute, instrumental nursing and palliation are all part of daily life at Baunehøj Nursing Home.

We want a colleague who, with their knowledge and competencies, will help raise professionalism and the good care journey as well as the involvement of relatives.

It requires that you can see yourself in a larger context, understand the importance of citizen-centered nursing and have an understanding of the importance of communication and documentation.

The position is desired to be filled from 1 December 2026 and very preferably earlier if possible.

The position is preferred as a 37-hour day shift; other arrangements with weekend time off can be discussed.

• Have clinical experience, preferably within geriatrics and palliation, home nursing, nursing homes, cardiology, pulmonology or other relevant areas that could contribute to development.

• Be engaged, curious and change-ready, and want to work to create as much quality in nursing as possible for the benefit of colleagues, residents and relatives.
