Nurse for Dagmargården - we are staffing up

Dagmargården is expanding and therefore seeking another colleague for our 4 nurses.

We are looking for an engaged nurse who wants to work practice-oriented with care tasks and be part of a strong interdisciplinary professional team.

We offer a position of 30–37 hours per week with start as soon as possible or by December 1, 2026.

🏡 About Dagmargården

Dagmargården has 107 residential care beds, distributed across 6 small interdisciplinary teams.

You will become part of close collaboration with social and healthcare assistants, assistants, nurses, therapists and cleaning staff, where we together create safe and meaningful everyday lives for our residents.

We work value-based in line with the new Elderly Act and based on the EDEN philosophy, where self-determination, quality of life and relationships are at the center. With us, the residents' wishes and life story are the starting point for all care.

🌟 Your role as a nurse with us

• Nursing assessments, triage and coordination.
• Sewing wounds, medication reviews, circulatory treatments, palliation and investigations.
• Handover and delegation of nursing services.
• Collaboration with social- and healthcare assistants, helpers, therapists as well as residents and relatives.
• Participation in meetings, competence development and professional sparring.

• Has experience from a nursing home or geriatrics
• Thrives in interdisciplinary collaboration and actively contributes to the community
• Works in a structured way and has an overview
• Is professionally curious and wishes to develop
• Creates present and trusting relationships with residents and relatives
• Works from a resident-centered approach
• Is secure in documentation and communication
