About the job

Are you a nurse and do you thrive with independence, professional challenges and interdisciplinary collaboration? Do you want to be part of an engaged team where the citizen is at the centre, and where we together create safe and meaningful pathways? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

We are looking for a nurse for a permanent evening shift in the Holistic Care Service Glesborg.

About us

In the Holistic Care Service Glesborg we work in fixed interdisciplinary teams with a focus on person-centered care, rehabilitation and holistic care. We support citizens' opportunity to live an independent and dignified life in their own home and we place high value on collaboration with both citizens, relatives and colleagues.

We cover a large geographical area with both town, rural and holiday home areas, which makes a driving license necessary.

As a nurse you play a central role in the holistic care service. You contribute with nursing assessments and ensure coherence between treatment, care, rehabilitation and prevention. You support the team’s professional development and help ensure that citizens experience a coordinated and coherent pathway, where the individual citizen's wishes, needs and resources are the driving force of the efforts.

Your tasks

As a nurse in the evening shift you will among other things

  • Handle complex nursing tasks for citizens.
  • Observe, assess and respond to changes in citizens' condition.
  • Coordinate, plan and follow up nursing interventions.
  • Contribute to coherent citizen pathways across professional groups, sectors and partners.
  • Contribute with professional sparring, guidance and support for colleagues.
  • Document nursing interventions and work systematically with quality and patient safety.
  • Actively participate in holistic care, where you together with the team ensure that the citizen's overall needs are taken into account in task execution.
  • Work from a rehabilitative approach with a focus on supporting the citizen's own resources, coping and quality of life.
  • Be involved in developing holistic care through professional reflection, coordination and close collaboration with citizens, relatives and colleagues.

We offer

  • An exciting and varied everyday life with a high degree of professional independence
  • A strong interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Skilled and engaged colleagues who help each other
  • High professionalism and focus on skills development
  • A good and safe working environment with room for humor and camaraderie
  • Thorough introduction and training

We are looking for a colleague who

  • Is a trained nurse
  • Wants to work with holistic care and rehabilitation
  • Can work independently and take responsibility for citizen pathways
  • Is a strong collaborative partner for citizens, relatives and colleagues
  • Has good communication skills and contributes positively to the working environment
  • Is adaptable and thrives in a changing daily life
  • Has a driving license for a passenger car

For us, the working environment matters

We believe that high quality for citizens starts with a good working environment for employees. Therefore we cherish the sense of community, the good tone and the opportunity for professional sparring in everyday life.
