About the position

We are seeking a professionally skilled nurse for our permanent teams in Helhedsplejen in Slagelse Municipality, Team Rosenkildevej & Team Byskovvej.

The position is 32-37 hours per week, mainly day shifts, with the possibility of a weekend shift every 4 weeks.

You will be connected to our teams consisting of nurses, social and health care assistants, social and health care helpers, rehabilitation therapist, visitator, planners and area manager as close collaborators in daily work.

Other daily collaborators: dietitians, project nurses, development nurses and the assistive devices department, etc.

You will also work with external partners: general practitioner, medical on-call service, pharmacy, and not least continuation of treatment initiated in hospital departments, where the treatment responsibility remains.

Our expectations of you are that you have

• a nursing degree
• minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience from hospital departments or primary care
• is independent and responsible
• has good pedagogical skills and prioritizes high-quality nursing care – with the citizen at the center
• is familiar with ABCDE and ISBAR
• works and acts independently according to applicable guidelines and instructions
• values health care documentation highly
• has a driving license and is comfortable with the car being a daily part of your workplace
• wants to collaborate both mono-professional and interdisciplinary.
