We are looking for a nurse who wants to help create solutions together with the citizens and develop our new interdisciplinary teams.

A Comprehensive Care in Motion

The new elderly reform sets the direction for future elderly care with a focus on self-determination, proximity, continuity and rehabilitation. In Comprehensive Care in Grenaa we work purposefully with a new organization where interdisciplinary teams create cohesive pathways in collaboration with the citizen, thereby ensuring that the individual can live an active and meaningful life for as long as possible.

As a nurse you will be an important partner in this development. You will have the opportunity to put your professional imprint on the new working methods in close cooperation with management and your colleagues. You will become an important part of an interdisciplinary community where all professions contribute to the common task.

You will primarily work with nursing tasks, but you will also help create coherent and rehabilitative pathways for citizens in close collaboration with social and health care educated colleagues and other cooperating partners.

Your tasks

You will have an exciting and varied everyday life with among other things

• Nursing care for citizens with complex and chronic diseases
• Acute nursing assessments and interventions
• Palliative and terminal nursing care
• Rehabilitative and preventive interventions in close cooperation with the citizen
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with SSH, SSA, occupational and physiotherapists, doctors and other partners
• Co-responsibility for professional development and sparring in everyday life

Concrete about the position

The position is a full-time role and currently day shifts with every 4th weekend.

We meet at 7:00 in the morning, and start the day with a kickoff in the citizen team to which you are attached. Each citizen team has a buddy team that helps each other internally as needed.

Start on December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible. Interviews are expected to be held on October 28, 2026.
