About the job

Do you want the freedom to use your professional skills, work closely with citizens, and help shape the future of elder care?

Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

In Hjemmeplejen Industrivej we are seeking a nurse who is passionate about making a difference for the citizens and who also wishes to be an active contributor to the development of the home care of the future.

We are in the midst of implementing the new Elder Law, where holistic care, trust, professional autonomy and the citizen's self-determination are fundamental. It gives you the opportunity to use your clinical competencies broadly, make independent decisions and contribute to new ways of creating coherent pathways for citizens.

The position is divided between Hjemmeplejen Industrivej and the nursing clinics in Helsingør Health Hub, which provides an exciting and varied workday with both relational nursing, acute assessments and clinical tasks.

Why nurses choose Industrivej

For us, you become part of a workplace where professionalism and community go hand in hand. We believe the best solutions arise when we collaborate, share knowledge and give space to professional perspectives.

You will receive

  • A varied daily life with both urgent tasks, complex citizen pathways and clinical nursing interventions
  • Opportunity to be part of a self-rostering nursing team with a high degree of professional independence
  • Influence on the development of nursing services in step with the implementation of the Elder Law
  • A strong professional environment where sparring and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday life
  • Thorough introduction and an experienced mentor who closely accompanies you in the start-up
  • Good opportunities for competency development including wound care, medication management, dementia and clinical assessment
  • Colleagues who help each other and pull together

A daily life with both breadth and depth

In home care you work closely with citizens in their own homes, where you meet people with different needs, resources and life histories. You become an important part of creating safety, continuity and high clinical quality in the citizens' everyday life.

In the nursing clinic you become part of a close collaboration with your clinic colleague, where you plan and coordinate the tasks together.

The clinics offer, among other things

  • Wound and compression treatment
  • Injections
  • Catheter and stoma care
  • Medication dispensing
  • Other authorised nursing interventions

You also gain close collaboration with management, quality nurses, pharmacists (pharmaconomers), therapists, visitators, dementia coordinators and dietitians, so you never stand alone with professional challenges.

We are looking for you who

  • Are a licensed nurse
  • Have experience from home care, clinics or another nursing practice
  • Thrive with independent responsibility and clinical decisions
  • Have a solid professional foundation and value sparring with colleagues
  • Can create overview and prioritise in a changing everyday life
  • Want to contribute to professional development and share your knowledge with others
  • Meet citizens with respect, presence and a view of the whole person
