Home nursing is in development

In Helsingør Home Care we work purposefully with the new Elderly Act and the development of holistic care. We have, among other things, established small, stable teams and strengthened cross-disciplinary collaboration to create cohesive pathways based on the individual citizen's needs.

As a nurse you meet citizens with varying and often complex needs – including in connection with chronic disease, multimorbidity, complex wounds and palliation. You also work with preventive and rehabilitative efforts and collaborate closely with SOSU assistants, SOSU helpers, therapists, case managers, general practitioners and hospitals.

Practical information

Start date: 1 January 2027 or by agreement

Working hours: Primarily day shifts with the possibility of some evening shifts

Weekend: As a rule every 4th weekend – with the possibility of every 2nd weekend if desired

Salary: In accordance with the applicable collective agreement and qualifications
